Classes will be taught in groups of up to 45 students. When possible, presentations will be divided into groups of up to 25 students.

The course is aimed at teachers with a degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education, pedagogues, school principals and coordinators, including specialists in the areas of childhood, teachers, researchers and potential multipliers. It is a prerequisite to have completed higher education and to participate in the Selection Process to enter the course.

Andressa da Silva de Quadros has a degree in Pedagogy (Facimod), a postgraduate degree in Literacy and Literacy (Bagozzi), a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Development from the Montessori Education Center of São Paulo (CEMSP/MACTE), and a Montessori Assistant for 6-12 (AMI). She has 21 years of professional experience in Education, divided between Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Pedagogical Coordination of Early Childhood Education, and Elementary Education. Her Montessori experience includes Montessori Guide for Early Childhood Education (2017-2021), as well as Montessori Coordinator and Guide for Elementary Education (6 to 9 years old) (2021-present) at Usina Pedagógica.

Carolina Navarro Leite has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Montreat College in North Carolina, USA, and also a degree in Pedagogy from UNIP. She is MACTE certified by CEMSP and worked as a Specialist Teacher for the Sensory Module of the CEMSP Training Course in July 2021 and January 2023. In addition, Carolina was a Montessori Guide for children aged 3 to 6 from 2018 to 2023 at Senses Montessori School and currently works at Montessori International School (MIS).

Cibele Thomaz began her career in education as an English teacher in language schools and has worked in Early Childhood Education for 15 years. Since 2017, she has been a teacher in the Montessori program for children aged 3 to 6 at Escola Graduada de São Paulo, where she has also been part of the Instructional Leadership Team since 2023. Cibele has a degree in Pedagogy and a specialization in Psychopedagogy. In 2015, she obtained the MACTE certification after completing the Montessori Education and Child Development Teacher Training Course (3 to 6 years old) at CEMSP.
Since 2018, she has shared her experience with other education professionals as a teacher of the CEMSP course’s demonstration classes. For the past three years, she has also worked as a specialist teacher for the course’s Math module.

Danielle Napolitano Tavares studied teaching at the Prudente de Morais Education Institute, has a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), a postgraduate degree in Montessori Education and Child Development from the Montessori Education Center of São Paulo (CEMSP), and a postgraduate degree in Educational Services in Hospitals and Learning Disorders from UniFMU. She is currently studying Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy at the Institute of Education and Research in Health and Social Inclusion (IEPSIS). She has worked in the area of School Education for 30 years, having held positions as a classroom assistant, teacher, coordination assistant and coordinator in private schools in São Paulo and the surrounding region. With extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and in the initial years of Elementary School, she is currently responsible for the 6 to 9-year-old class at Usina Pedagógica.

Fernanda Cussolin has a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Paulista (Unip) and a postgraduate degree in Psychopedagogy and Neuroscience. In addition, she completed a Latu Sensu specialization in Montessori Education for Early Childhood Education and Child Development from the Montessori Education Center of São Paulo (CEMSP). She is currently in training at CBI of Miami, where she studies Neurodevelopment and Executive Functions. She has experience as a Montessori Guide in grouped classrooms since 2017, applying innovative pedagogical practices based on Montessori principles. Since 2023, she has also worked as Early Childhood Education Coordinator at Usina Pedagógica.

Experience in designing Physical Education curricula for Elementary School I and II. Training in Body Literacy at Sport for Life Canada. I have worked for over 30 years as a Physical Education teacher for Elementary School in public and private schools. Currently, she is a teacher at Escola Graduada in São Paulo.

Luana Vadilleti Pereira has a degree in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo (FEUSP). She has a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and the Montessori Method from the Montessori Study Center of São Paulo (CEMSP) with MACTE certification, in addition to specialization from the Brazilian Education AssociationMontessori (ABEM). She has been working in the education field since 2009, with extensive experience in the Montessori Method. She is trained as a Montessori guide for the age groups 0 to 3 years old by the Instituto Menino Jesus, 3 to 6 years old by CEMSP, and 6 to 12 years old by the Centro de Formação do Chile. She also has training as a Montessori assistant by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) at different levels: 0 to 3 years old, 3 to 6 years old, 6 to 12 years old, and 12 to 18 years old, held at Jardim de Descobertas. Since 2016, she has been the Pedagogical Director and co-founder of the Escola Montessori Semear.

Olga Molina has been a music teacher at the Escola Graduada de São Paulo since 1994. She also teaches the Postgraduate Course in Music Therapy at Faculdade Santa Marcelina (SP) and is a Musician-in-Residence at Middlebury College (USA). She teaches training courses for music teachers at the Mozart Conservatory of Music, a school she founded in the Interlagos neighborhood of São Paulo. Her musical training included institutions such as the Conservatório Musical Paulistano and the Conservatório Brooklin Paulista. Molina is a Specialist in Music Therapy (FMU-SP) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature (PUC-SP). She is a specialist in the Kodály Method from the Danube Bend Summer University (Hungary) in Esztergom and the Kodály Institute in Kecskemét, which is linked to the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest. Her music education teachers include Jacques Chapuis, Verena Maschat, Walquíria Passos Claro, Josette Feres and Martine Barret. She was one of the contributors to the book “A Música na Escola” (Music in School) (2012), a project supported by Vale and the Ministry of Culture (2012). She is a professor at CEMSP.

Roberta Medeiros is a pedagogue, with a postgraduate degree in literacy and literacy, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in clinical and institutional psychopedagogy. A graduate of the Montessori Education Center of São Paulo (CEMSP), she is MACTE certified as a Montessori guide for children aged 3 to 6. Her professional career includes experiences and observations in Montessori schools in California, as well as certifications in Mathematics from the International Montessori Institute of Barcelona (IMI) and in Biological Sciences for children aged 6 to 12 from the Montessori Studies Center (CEM) in Chile. Roberta has also completed courses on the dynamics of work in the Montessori environment for children aged 6 to 12 at CEM Chile and participated in workshops and specialized training at CEM in Monterrey, Mexico. With a decade of experience at Colégio Internacional Múltiplo Campinas, she worked as a Montessori guide in early childhood education and, for the last three years, as a teacher in the initial years (6-9 years old) of elementary school. She shares her knowledge as a teacher of demonstration classes in the Practical Life discipline in the guide training course at CEMSP.
